Warren's Spirited Kitchen

The creative staff of Warren’s Spirited Kitchen works together as a family to bring fresh, innovative foods to the table while entertaining you with sophisticated whimsy and elegant charm.  Our menu offers traditional fare, something for the more adventurous diner, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan selections. We proudly source much of our food from farmers and vendors that surround the beautiful village of Burton and throughout the state of Ohio. We make all of our culinary creations from scratch.  Our team strives to keep flavor and quality at the heart of our pursuit.


Chef Vince Thomascik

After six years of working in various restaurants, Chef Vince Thomascik began formal training in 2009 under Executive Chef Greg Kapel. Under Chef Kapel, Chef Vince developed his passion for high quality local ingredients and a desire to pursue the best techniques in cooking. To continue his education, Chef Vince then joined Chef Jonathon Sawyer and Corporate Chef Brian Goodman at The Greenhouse Tavern, where his appreciation and drive towards a fully local, seasonal menu was magnified greatly. With respect to the environment, Chef Vince chooses to cook with a Zero Waste, Nose-to-Tail philosophy. As Sous Chef, and part of the James Beard Award winning team of chefs, Chef Vince learned everything he could about both modern and old world techniques to find a blend of the two that represents his style today. Outside of the kitchen, Chef Vince enjoys spending time with his family, working out at the gym, and exploring Ohio.


Craig and Lana Bednarek

Craig and Lana have lived in the Burton area for over 10 years.  They have both worked in many of Cleveland's finest restaurants, and are thrilled to bring their vision of fresh, local food to their own neighborhood and establishment.  Together they have merged their love of fine food, drink and horses into Warren's Spirited Kitchen!
